Bubs Daily is operated by [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME - TO CONFIRM], company number [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER - TO CONFIRM], registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS - TO CONFIRM]. In these terms, that is “we” and “us”. Creating an account means you accept them.

Bubs Daily is a record. It stores what you tell it about your baby’s day and shows it back to you.

It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and nothing in it is a diagnosis or a reason to delay asking someone. If you are worried about your baby, contact your midwife, health visitor or GP, or call 111. In an emergency, call 999.

The app does not predict what your baby will do next, and it will not tell you whether a day was a good one. Deciding what your baby’s pattern means is for you and the people caring for you both.

You need an account to use Bubs Daily. Keep your password to yourself. If you want somebody else to see and log your baby’s day, invite them from the Babies screen so they get their own account, rather than handing over yours.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the accuracy of what you record. Minimum age to hold an account: [MINIMUM ACCOUNT AGE - TO CONFIRM].

When you invite somebody, you are choosing to show them your baby’s log. Invite only people you mean to. You can remove their access at any time.

Do not try to reach another family’s log, break the service, or use it to store anything unlawful. Do not use it to provide clinical care to somebody else’s child as a service.

If an account is being used in a way that puts other people’s information at risk, we may suspend it. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

Your entries belong to you. You give us permission to store them, show them to you and to the people you have invited, and to process them so the app works — nothing else. We do not sell them, use them to advertise to you, or publish them.

The daily log is free: feeds, nappies, sleep, growth, health records, journal, milestones, more than one baby, and both parents. There is no trial that ends and no card up front.

A paid add-on is being built — the one-page record for health-visitor reviews, with UK-WHO centiles. When it arrives, the daily log stays free, and getting your own data out never sits behind the paywall. No price has been set yet, and nothing will start charging you without asking first.

The app needs a connection to save, so it does not work offline yet. Nudges appear on the Today screen while the app is open and do not push to your phone. Export is in the app under More and is free; the record pack is still being built. We are telling you here rather than letting you discover it.

We do not promise the service will be available without interruption, and features may change as it is built. If we make a change that removes something you rely on, we will say so in the app.

You can stop using Bubs Daily whenever you like. To have your account and everything in it deleted, follow deleting your account and data.

We may end your access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken. If we close the service altogether we will give you reasonable notice and a way to take your record with you.

Bubs Daily is provided as it is. We do not accept liability for a decision made about your baby’s care on the basis of what the app shows, because that decision belongs with you and your health professionals.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

If these terms change, the updated version appears here. Where a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app rather than editing this page quietly.
